Sodium Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde Condensate SNF is Water Reducing Superplasticize in brown or dark brown powder, usually used as superplasticizer admixture for the construction industry, also used primarily as dispersants in a wide variety like filler, leather tanning agent, building cement concrete water reducing agent, oil well cement water reducing agent.

Construction applications: SUPERPLASTICIZERS are used to reduce water in CONCRETE formulations. specially formulated organic plasticizer improves the workability of concrete, reducing water requirement and making the concrete stronger. It retards the setting of concrete so that transportation of RMC is not a problem. Benefits of these additives include improved strength, improved workability, improved durability of cement mixtures. This polymer mixture in cement mixtures control air pore content and prevent AGGLOMERATION of powders during the spray-drying process from the powder manufacturing and storage. Coating formulations with RXSOL-67-6704-210 containing polymers prevent calcium ions from being formed as LIME on concrete surface and improve the appearance and durability of coating.
Superplasticizer RXSOL-67-6704-210 ( High Range Concrete Superplasticiser ) is a brown color sulphonated formaldehyde condensate and sulphonated naphthalene with new generation polymners based admixture for use as a Superplasticizing admixture or high ranger Water Reducerad mixture for all types of concrete. This is in conformation to IS Code 9103:1999. Also meets the requirement of ASTM C 494 & type G and IS 9103-2003, Suitable for ready mix concrete plants, it is capable of high workability retention up to 2-3 hrs with set retarding effect that helps to produce flowing concrete in hot climates. Further, it assists in long distance transportation of concrete at tropical atmosphere.
This has been formulated to reduce water requirement and to provide excellent plasticity and higher slump for both horizontal and vertical applications. RXSOL-67-6704-210 is manufactured under stringent quality control to ensure uniform and superior performance.
RXSOL-67-6704-210 imparts strong dispersion in the concrete reducing the total water demand in the mix. The reduction in water content also helps to achieve high ultimate strength. This is also very much useful for concrete with free pouring and pumpable consistency. Cement content of the concrete can also be economized with RXSOL-67-6704-210 due to its high cement dispersion property.
