ScaleFree NP is a high-performance, environmentally responsible antiscalant formulated without phosphates or phosphonates. It is specifically engineered to prevent the formation and deposition of mineral scales such as calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate, and iron fouling in reverse osmosis (RO) systems, SWRO Seawater Reverse Osmosis plants, cooling towers, and various industrial water circuits.
Utilizing a proprietary blend of low molecular weight polyacrylic and polymaleic acids along with sulfonated dispersants, ScaleFree NP offers superior threshold inhibition and crystal distortion. This allows for extended operational time, reduced downtime, and improved membrane efficiency—all while meeting stringent environmental regulations by eliminating phosphorus discharge.
