Printing Ink Solvent is based on ethyl acetate at a proprietory composition developed for viscosity adjustment and dilution of compatible solvent-based flexographic printing inks.
The formulation provides rapid solvent evaporation, good solvency, and improved ink flow during printing. It can help maintain consistent ink transfer, print definition, and drying performance when used at an appropriate dosage.
The product is intended for use in industrial flexographic printing operations, subject to compatibility with the ink resin system, substrate, and printing conditions.

Know if Flexo Reducer is compatible:
- Compatibility depends on the ink's resin system, including nitrocellulose, polyamide, polyurethane, acrylic, or other binder systems.
- The solvent blend may not be suitable for every flexographic ink, particularly water-based or specially formulated inks.
- Fast evaporation can contribute to drying on the printing plate or anilox system if ventilation, press speed, or solvent balance is unsuitable.
- Excessive solvent addition may affect ink film formation, adhesion, rub resistance, and final print quality.
- Test on the intended substrate, especially polyethylene, polypropylene, PET, coated films, and treated packaging materials.
