It is blend of  Biodegradable natural solvents and emulsifier.which minimizes the extreme hazards to personnel in handling materials . It is specially formulated for tank cleaning and Hydrocarbon freeing applications after cleaning with solvent based cleaners like Sea-cleaner, New Org, Cold wash. Advance Tank Cleaner is suitable for most of the tank coatings.
